Announcement of New Board Directors

[January 30, 2023] The Board of Directors ("BOD") of Superior Synergy International Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Zhiming Zhao and Mr. Shengliang Yu as new Board Directors effective November 21, 2022, following the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders.

Mr. Zhao Zhiming has served as SSIC's Vice President of Finance since September 8 2020. Mr. Wyman Zeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, states: "The Board is delighted to welcome Mr. Zhao. SSIC will benefit from his more than 25 years of experience in financial management and risk management."

Mr. Shengliang Yu joined the Board on November 21, 2022, and has served as SSIC's Vice President ever since.

Mr. Yu acted as the executive director of Shandong Runmao Information Technology Co., Ltd. from June 2017 until March 2022. He completed the Chinese President/ CEO Curriculum Advanced Course at Tsinghua University and received its credentials between April 11, 2022 and May 16, 2022.

Mr. Yu was quoted as saying, "I could not be more thrilled to become a member of the SSIC team." "In the Leisure and Sports Industry, I believe that SSIC's excellent business model and talented management team, uniquely position the company to capitalize on the shifting consulting environment."
