SSIC 2022 Annual General Meeting and Board of Director Meeting Result

[November 28, 2022] SSIC's 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on November 21, 2022 in Conference Room V2, Floor 27, Huangting V Hotel, No. 2028, Jintian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Mr. Wyman Zeng was re-elected as Director at this General Meeting, together with Mr. Zhiming Zhao and Mr. Shenglian Yu.

After the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors consists of three members.
